My home is filled with plants. I love waking up in the morning, checking in on them with a cup of tea, and seeing a tiny new leaf start to unfurl on the windowsill.

A while ago, I tried looking for a simple app to help me remember when I last watered my plants and keep pictures of their growth. But every app I downloaded wanted an expensive monthly subscription just to set simple reminders or save basic notes.

I did not want to pay monthly fees for redundant services that should be simple and free. And I knew other plant lovers felt the exact same way.

So, fueled by a genuine love for plants and nature, I decided to develop Plant Jivika.

I built this to connect with other plant parents, share honest care tips, and create a calm space where we can grow ourselves and our plants together.
